Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with client leadership to assess talent management practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement bespoke talent development programs tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new practices and processes.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of talent strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent management and organizational behavior.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consulting role with a focus on human resources, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects in talent management and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proficiency to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
